Spontaneous Street Self Defense

Spontaneous Street Self Defense is based on simple, easy to learn principles designed to develop lighting fast reflexes for any self defense situation.

The Spontaneous Street Self Defense course is a practical reality-based system designed to teach effective real self defense in just a short amount of time.

You will learn to defend against the 9 most common attacks as reported by the FBI.

These attacks include chokes, grabs, and bearhugs, as well as weapons such as guns, knives, and sticks.

The system uses a combination of Israli military hand-to-hand combat techniques mixed with kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.

The main difference with our street self defense program and many other martial art self defense programs is that we teach people how to function during the stress and shock of a sudden, violent confrontation.
